The ultimate good news the Bible brings us; is the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ. This is important because in your daily lives, if you do not receive the salvation of Christ Jesus, you will become spiritually dull. Hebrews 5:11.
So, what is it to receive the salvation of Christ Jesus? But before we go into that, we need to know first; who needs Repentance.
Who Is Repentance Made For?
Though the Lord came two thousand years ago, he has not yet come to many places or situations. John the Baptist tells us in Matthew 3:1-12 to prepare a way for the Lord. What you should ask is, who is Repentance made for? Jesus Christ made us know in Luke 5:32. “I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.” So those whom Christ Jesus came for are sinners. That means they need to repent of their sins.
Another thing you should ask yourself is, what separates you from your neighbours? Or what barriers hinder the harmony that should exist in your family and your community.

What must you do to prepare the way for the Lord Jesus Christ?
You must remove every obstacle that prevents you from giving love. And that is your selfishness and your pride. The Bible made us know in Acts 2:38. Peter replied that you must repent your sins. Turn to God, and you are to receive the baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Acts 16:31; And they answered, “Belief in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved.
all you need to do to receive the salvation Of Jesus Christ is;
1. To receive baptism.
2. Repent of your wrongdoing.
3. Believe that Jesus Christ is the Lord.
4. Then you are saved
The Bible made us know that Repentance is a gift from God.
This part is letting you and me prepare a way for the Lord. Remove the hills, and fill the holes by overcoming all obstacles in our way.

How should you remove these obstacles?
You overcome these obstacles by;
1. Meditation and prayer
2. Freeing yourself from your pride and selfishness
3. An act of generosity and humility.
Prepare to live and give love by overcoming yourself.
And do you know how our heavenly Father will feel when one of us repents? Luke 15:7 Says. In the same way, there is more joy in heaven over one lost sinner who repents. And returns to God over ninety-nine others who are righteous and have not strayed away!
Here are Reasons to Receive the salvation of Christ Jesus in your life.
1. To be free from sin.
This is why you need to receive the salvation Christ Jesus has to offer you and me. You need to know that He will keep you free from sin Psalms 19:13. Because when you died with Christ, you were set free from the power of sin Romans 6:7. When you live in sin, you are slaves to sin. But when you receive salvation, you become slaves to righteous living. Romans 6:18.
2. To be free from spiritual blindness and death.
We are now going deeper into spiritual blindness and death. Let’s first talk about spiritual blindness.
Spiritual Blindness
What is it to be spiritually blind? It is when you are blinded in mind, and the Bible says in 2 Corinthians 4:4. Satan, the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who do not believe. They are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News. They do not understand this message about the glory of Christ, who is the exact likeness of God.
So what happens when you are spiritually blind? You see yourself doing all kinds of evil things. Things like lying, fornication, backbiting, idolatry, stealing, adultery, etcetera. And the problem there is that you cannot detect when the enemy, the devil, is gaining access to your life. That is why you see yourself behaving strangely. Because you are not yourself. That is why you need the light Christ Jesus has to offer.

Spiritual death
So what is spiritual death? It is the second death. I know you are a bit confused here. But don’t worry, I will explain! The second death is when your soul goes to hell. Not the body because the body is the first death. So here is the Bible’s definition in the book of revelation 20:14. Then death and the grave were thrown into the lake of fire. This lake of fire is the second death.
So, in other words, Christ has given you salvation so that you will not be thrown into the lake of fire. Because it is everlasting destruction, it is a place you will not want to be and will not wish your worst enemy to be.
Conclusion
Now, you know who Repentance is made for, how to prepare the way for the Lord and the obstacles you need to remove—finally, the reasons to receive the salvation of Christ Jesus. So, if receiving salvation is this important in life, I recommend you Receive Christ Jesus now. Because Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Him John 14:6. Receive Him today, and you will be saved.
