It is not what we know that transforms us. But what we do every day. Moreover, habits that lead to addiction, and are formed one day at a time. For instance, when I gave birth to my third child, I ate bread almost every day thinking that when he is 6 months old I will stop, 6 months are gone and I am struggling to break the habit.

- Listen to the Word of God: Always form the habit of listening to the Word of God and reading the scripture, because it will open your spiritual eyes.
- Eucharist: The Eucharist is very important in our daily lives. Always find time to visit the Blessed Sacrament.
- Reconciliation: Whatever separates you from God, try so hard to restore your relationship with God and be at peace with him.
- Examination of Conscience: Form the habit of reviewing your past thoughts, words, actions, and omissions.
- Share your Spiritual gifts: Always share your Spiritual gifts with others, in that way you grow more and more.
- Spiritual Reading: Form the habit of reading books and articles about spirituality with the purpose of growing in holiness.
