“Victory comes from finding opportunities in problem.”

Have you ever missed opportunities in life? And if yes! How did you feel about it? It is important because God wants you to use every opportunity to do your best in this world.

There is a saying that the sure way to lose out on success is to miss an opportunity. And another is saying that opportunity comes but once. But when you are lucky and when the grace of God is upon your life, the opportunity will come again, that’s for sure.

So my dear brothers and sisters, what opportunity do you have? God is faithful because He doesn’t want you to miss the opportunities below.

Here are six different opportunities from the Bible

1) Opportunity to share the Gospel.

Have you ever had the opportunity to share the word of God? For instance, your friend is into something that is not right, and you never tell your friend that this is not right. Why? Because I have come to understand that most people do things without knowing if it is right for them.

So the Bible encourages you to use the opportunity to share the Gospel.

The book of Ephesians 3:7 says. By God’s grace and mighty power, I have been privileged to serve Him by spreading this Good News.

2) Opportunity to use the things of the world.

As a devoted Christian, you are shocked to hear that this is in the Bible.

You see, God gives you and me the opportunity to use the things of the world for our good. But with the condition of not becoming attached to these things.

As a Christian, have you ever had an opportunity to use something in your life and refused to use it? That reminds me of 1 Corinthians 10:31 says, whatever you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.

Those who use the things of the world should not become attached to them. This world as we know it will soon die away. 1 Corinthians 7:31.

3) Opportunity to interact with non-believers.

Have you ever had the opportunity to interact with non-believers? Or do you only interact with believers? The Bible encourages you to interact with them with wisdom and use the opportunity.

I have seen some Christians who tell me that the Bible says you should come out among them. But what I do ask them is; if you come out among them, how then can you draw them to God? But they don’t give me any answer. All they do is stick only to that particular part of the Bible.

The life of Christ Jesus is the practical example you and I should look up to. Because, in His entire existence in this world, He mingled with the non-believers. And that was the opportunity He had to draw souls to God.

So my brothers and sisters in Christ use the opportunity to draw them to God. Do your best, and the Lord will perfect all that concerns you.

Colossians 4:5 says Live wisely among those who are not believers and make the most of every opportunity.

4) Opportunity to take advantage.

Here the Bible encourages you to take advantage of every opportunity you have.

One day I went to print some documents, and I met someone outside the shop, waiting for his turn, then I joined him. So he entered when it reached him, and I was there waiting for him to finish so I may go in. While waiting, a man entered the shop, so I thought he was the shop owner. But then I opened the door to be sure and discovered he was a customer like me. Then I went inside to remind him that am the first person to be there in case.

So, how have you been taking advantage of the opportunities in your daily life? Because this important also.

The book of Ephesians 5:16 says, Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days.

5) Opportunity to live in freedom.

The Bible lets you and I know that we are to live in freedom, but with the condition of using it to serve one another in love.

So, my question to you now is, are you living in freedom? And how have you used that freedom to serve your fellow human in love?

You can use your freedom to serve the prisoners, the elderly, the sick, friends, etcetera.

Galatians 5:13 says For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don’t use your freedom to please your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love.

6) Opportunity to do good.

When it comes to doing good, I know you will say at least I am doing this! Right? The Bible tells us to use every opportunity to do good to people no matter what. And especially to the people of God.

How many times have you had the opportunity to do good things for the people of God, and you ignored it? Because you feel like you don’t like the person.

So, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone, especially those in the household of faith. Galatians 6:10.

The book of 2 Corinthians 5:10 says For we must all stand before Christ to be judged. We will each receive whatever we deserve for the good or evil we have done in this body.

Conclusion

So, my dear brothers and sisters, I want you to know that you will be held responsible for all you do with your time, motives, purposes, goals, actions of doing things, opportunities and abilities.
